For architects and builders

  • SIP technologies are “flexible” to different design solutions and are fit for both, standard and non-standard shape buildings. The industrially manufactured set delivered to the building site is ready to be assembled immediately without any additional preparation.

An important factor influencing the building costs is the workforce costs that are directly connected with time consumption. SIP technology significantly reduces the construction time. For example, the assembly of a 150m2 house takes only two weeks!

One of the main house compliance factors is hermeticity of exterior walls. Houses built using SIP technology score the highest points in hermeticity tests and this allows the use of modern ventilation systems that provide maximum comfort and save energy.

SIP significantly reduces use of sawn wood as well as number of thermal bridges due to the panel connection system with splines.

We produce panels of various thicknesses that can be used for a wide spectrum of purposes (panel foundation on screw piles, outer walls, interflooring, roofs). SIP panels can be used as a unified building system for all houses or combined with other construction systems.

The low weight of a panel, approximately 60 kg, allows avoiding use of machinery in the construction process. The SIP technology can be applied in hard-to-access locations that cannot be reached by machinery and lifting appliances.

Our panels have European certification; the production process is certified and it is regularly controlled by the supervisory institutions.

We offer our partners flexible cooperation forms, consultations and technical support, if necessary we are even able to offer SIP panel assembly training (only 3-4 people are required for industrially manufactured set). Assembly of one project is usually more than enough so the assembly team can continue working independently.
